TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.Type of commission:– I only do digital art commissions. No physical copies of the artwork are included.
– Final product quality min. 2000x2000 300dpi or more depending on the complexity.Payment, canceling, and refund:– Payment method: discussed with me.
– Payment in two parts: 50% Upfront, then 50% before sending the final artwork in full resolution.
– A full upfront payment can be made if the client wishes.
–Refunds are only available if I find that I cannot finish the commission after a span of 6 months.Deadlines:– I complete commissions in order of arrival.
– Commissions can take from approximately 1 week to 12 weeks but that deadline is not definitive.
– If an external factor delays your commission (or if there's a long queue), I'll notify you.
– if the commission is necessary for a certain date, an additional fee will be added.
– I don't work on weekends. I'll send you updates on weekdays only.
– Please do not rush me.General Guidelines:
– Please include visual references and a good description. The more info the better: references, colors, desired elements, description of personality, sketches, etc.
– While I work on your commission, I may work at the same time on personal work. If you see I'm active on social media, do not worry! If you are interested in the state of your commission you can always ask me.Usage Policy / Permissions:– Any commissioned artwork cannot be modified, changed or revised either by the client or another artist, manually or using AI and related technologies without my explicit permission.
– The client is not allowed to edit, make merchandise, or use the commission for any type of commercial advertising without my explicit permission.
– Do not claim the commission as your own drawing.
– Unless specially requested, I have the right to post the commission on any social media platform in a lower resolution and watermark.
– Don't use my art for any blockchain related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI generated images, or related.

Process

1. Once we have discussed the details of the commission, set the price and the first payment has been made, I will start working on the commission.
2. After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. I will update you on the process a few times until completion. (Generally it'll be sketch->lineart->base colors->mid rendering)
4. Minor changes are possible at any stage. If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose or change color after rendering), I may charge an extra.
5. Finally, I'll send you a low resolution image first so you can assess that everything is ok. If so, I will send a full resolution artwork to your email (or through a google drive link) after final payment is received.
